CLICK & COLLECT
Orders are usually processed within 4 hours depending on the time table below. To collect your order please find the second email you would receive after the automated order acknowledgement. (Please, do not arrive before you receive this second confirmation).
- Morning Orders - orders placed weekdays before 12 noon should be available for collection the same day, typically within 4 hours.
- Afternoon Orders - orders placed week days after 12 noon should be available for collection the following day from 7:00am. (West Hampstead from 8.00am)
- Weekend Orders - orders placed during weekends will be available for collection the following Monday from 11:00am.
- Bank Holiday Orders - on bank holidays please allow for an extra working day for you order to be ready.

Following the governments guidelines regarding the ongoing situation relating to COVID-19, we want to keep you informed that we have implemented the following steps in branch:
- Limiting the number of customers in-store at any one time
- Installation of protective screens to help protect staff & customers from the risk of transmission
- Hazard lines in place at counters to enforce a 2 metre gap as per for social distancing guidline

7 Steps To Keep You Safe
As we currently remain open we have implemented the following actions in-store.
- More cleaning throughout the day
- Hand sanitisers and disinfectant wipes for staff
- Restricting the flow of customers visiting the stores at a time
- We've installed protective screens to help keep distance between staff & customers
- Providing free latex gloves to customers
- Hazard lines in place at counters to allow 2 metres gap between staff and customers for social distancing
- Closely monitor the government's updates and follow their advice
