100mm Jablite Claymaster is a BBA certified product that provides protection against clay heave in foundations, due to moisture movement.

Features:

Claymaster is an EPS compressible-fill material which can be used to prevent potential problems in foundations due to moisture movement in soils which contain a large proportion of mineral particles below 0.002mm.
The material can be used as permanent shuttering for cast in-situ reinforced concrete, reducing pressure on ground beams in piled foundations, and on the sides of trench fills.
Cost-effective.
Permanent.
Rot Proof and Durable.
East to handle.
Fire Properties.
In common with all organic materials, EPS is combustible. However, provided it is specified and installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer instructions and BS 6203, it will not present any undue fire hazard.
