• Clean pipe threads with a wire brush.
• Unscrew the lid, pull out the cord, and wrap it around the male thread in the direction of the threads.
• Fill grooves without covering threads entirely. Avoid using too much cord.
• Cut the cord with the built-in cutter and smooth the end.
• Tighten the connection, allowing for adjustments up to 45°.
