TracPipe® Gas Flexible Coil DN40 x 45mtr

Installs faster, easier and safer, this bendable stainless steel pipe is suitable to run internal Natural gas and LPG supplies from the meter to the appliances through unventilated voids.

Features:

• Designed and engineered specifically to suit the UK methods of construction and to fully comply with BS 7838, which allows for TracPipe® to be directly installed in the screed or underground.
• Made of flexible Corrugated Stainless Steel Tube (CSST) with a yellow polyethylene protective cover containing flame spread, smoke density inhibitors and UV resistance in accordance with British Standard BS 7838 and BS EN15266.
• BS 7838 is a performance standard that requires CSST to pass a batch of mechanical tests, many of which are not included in BS EN15266.
• Manufactured to withstand normal shrinkage and movement to buildings.
• Resistance to corrosion from moisture, due to a 0.5mm thick polyethylene jacket.
• Superior corrugated tubing cuts clean and is extremely damage resistant.
• TracPipe® can typically save up to 75% of the time normally required for a steel or copper pipe installation.
• Suitable for installations up to 500mBar.
• Bends and conforms by hand.
• Cuts with a standard stainless steel tube cutter.
• Pull gas pipe like electrical wire and no threading or welding needed.
