Please note:

• Porcelain paving must be secure and bonded to the bedding mortar.
• The bedding mortar should be free-draining to allow water drainage.
• The joint is non-permeable once set.
• Air and surface temperatures should be above 10°C (50°F) for installation.
• Allow the jointing sand to dry fully (24 to 48 hours) before exposure to rain.
• Joint width should be between 3mm and 13mm, with a minimum depth of 19mm.
• Hand tamping with a rubber mallet can be used if vibration compaction isn’t available.
• Ensure adequate joint filling and avoid over-compaction.
• Application water must drain to the sub-base to prevent moisture buildup.
• Do not mix this product with other materials like cement or sand.
• Avoid using in constantly wet areas.
• Do not apply over asphalt or tarmac.
• For natural stone, ensure the surface is completely dry to avoid staining.
• Wait seven days after installation before cleaning or sealing the surface.
• Avoid high-pressure cleaning for the first 30 days after installation.
